This is a binding legal agreement.
The Limerick City Hotel reserves the right to change this Agreement without notice and such changes will become effective immediately. By using, viewing, transmitting, caching, storing, and/or otherwise utilising this site and/or its contents in any way you agree to the terms and conditions listed below, and waive any right to claim ambiguity or error in this Agreement. If you do not agree to this, leave this site, and do not use it.
If you are under 18 years of age, your parents or legal guardian must agree to your use of this site and any services or materials provided here or reached from here. Please read our information Policy relating to such use. By using this site, you acknowledge and agree that you are either 18 years old or older, or have your parentsâ or guardianâs permission.

No material from the Site or any Internet site owned, operated, licensed, or controlled by us or our affiliates may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way. For purposes of these terms, the use of any such material on any other Web, Internet, intranet, extranet or other site or computer environment is prohibited. All trademarks, service marks, trade names and trade dress are proprietary to us. You may not frame or utilize framing techniques to enclose any of our trademarks, logos, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) without our prior express written consent. You may not use any meta tags or any other âhidden textâ utilizing our name, trademarks or other proprietary information without our prior express written consent.
Unless indicated otherwise, all names, logos, trademarks, service marks, trade dress and trade names are proprietary to The Limerick City Hotel in Ireland and may not be used by anyone for any purpose without our prior express written consent. We consider our trademarks to be valuable assets, and take infringement of them seriously.
Introduction
To book a hotel room using this site simply select the reservations section and choose the Hotel of your choice or alternatively browse the hotels actual pages and enter the booking section of any individual Hotel using the âBook Nowâ Link. Once you are within the reservation section simply follow the instructions. You can also contact the hotel directly by telephone, in writing or by e-mail using the provided addresses or telephone numbers.
Method of Payment
Any cancellation of or changes to reservation can be made through our review reservation section. Any cancellations must be made within 48 hours of booking date. ALL deposits are NON REFUNDABLE regardless of cancellation.
A valid credit card must be presented at time of check-in. Please note the total amount of stay and an additional deposit will be required at check-in for all Cash Payments
Room Rates and Children Rate
Rates are not always per room per night depending on booking, Special offers are normally pps, Children rates apply to certain bookings, generally specials and only for meals⊠Kids under 12 can share a room free with 2 Adults using existing beds on a Room Only basis
Cancellation
All reservations must be cancelled by 11.00am local time two days prior to scheduled arrival to avoid a penalty of one nightâs room charge plus VAT.
All cancellations can be made by contacting the hotel directly. Please remember to quote booking reference.
Cancellation after check-in cannot be refunded.
All deposits paid are non refundable
Booking Requests
If a booking request can be fulfilled the hotel will contact you within 48hrs
Cancellations/Changes to Bookings made by the Hotel
We hope and expect to be able to provide you with all the services that we have confirmed with you at the time of your booking. However, on occasions changes may have to be made and Limerick City Hotels reserve the right to make those changes.
In such cases we will endeavour to provide alternative accommodation of at least the same standard in the same area.
While we endeavour to provide all facilities advertised we will not be liable for compensation in the event we are forced to cancel or change your booking in any way as a result of situations outside our control which we could not foresee or avoid such as civil strife, industrial disputes, natural disasters, war, terrorist activities, fire or flooding.
Check-In: 3.00pm onwards. Early check subject to availability on arrival (charge may apply). Luggage storage available if rooms not ready on arrival.
Check-out: 12.00am (11am at the Limerick City Hotel)
Late Check Outs
Checkout is 11am and late checkout subject to availability from âŹ20
Minimum Length Stay
No Minimum Stay is required.
Alcohol Policy
Alcohol purchased off-premises is prohibited within the hotel at all times unless there is prior
agreement with management.
Pet Policy
Pets are not allowed unless assisting the physically challenged.
Complaints
If you have cause for complaint during your stay, you must bring it to the attention of the hotel staff immediately, who will do their best to rectify the situation. However, should a problem remain unresolved or not be resolved to your satisfaction you should make a complaint to our Customer Services within 28 days giving full details of the complaint together with the name of the member of staff to whom the complaint was reported.

All rates quoted are subject to availability and alteration. All discounted rates quoted are limited offers and may be subject to certain conditions such as minimum stay or numbers of people.
While every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information provided, The Limerick City Hotel does not accept liability for any errors or omissions and reserves the right to change information and descriptions of listed rooms, products, services and hotels.
The Limerick City Hotel and its agents, associates, other related entities, and each of their directors, and employees (collectively the Hosts) are not responsible for telephone, electric, electric network, Internet, computer, hardware or software program malfunctions, failures, delays or difficulties, or late, lost, stolen, illegible, incomplete, garbled, misdirected, mutilated or postage due mail, e-mail, form postings, connections, messages or entries, or the security of any and all such matters.
Further, the Hosts are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry of information, whether caused by Internet users or by any of the equipment, or programming associated with or made use of within the site or by any technical or human error which may occur in the processing of any information related to the site.
The Limerick City Hotel may prohibit you from using the site if, at its sole discretion you show a disregard for this Agreement or act in an improper manner, with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person, or in any other disruptive manner.
If for any reason any portion of the site is not capable of running as intended, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised access, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Hosts which corrupt or effect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of this site, The Limerick City Hotel reserves the right to prohibit any individual from using the site, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the site or any portion thereof and void such data.
Users also agree that the Hosts are not responsible or liable in any way for injury, loss or damage to entrantâs computer or interception or use of credit card information, related to or resulting from use of the site or any sites, services or materials linked or related thereto or therefrom, or use of âtestâ or real booking mechanisms at any time, and also are not responsible or liable in any way for any injury, loss, claim or damage relating to or resulting from any part of this site or the booking mechanism operating or not operating on computers or networks used by entrant or communicating with such computers or networks.
